Space Perspective soars to new heights in 2024

December 13, 2024

Space Perspective, the world’s first stratospheric balloon flight experience company, accomplished several significant milestones in 2024, including the successful completion of development test flight #2 and unveiling of their cutting-edge capsule, Spaceship Neptune. In 2024, we helped the brand reach an audience of over 5.2 billion people with an advertising value (AVE) of more than $119 million.

Throughout the year, we launched strategic PR campaigns, resulting in extensive coverage from influential space, tech, design, business, travel, luxury, and lifestyle media outlets, including Ars Technica, Business Insider, Dezeen, Elite Traveler, Forbes, Robb Report, and Space.com. Our proactive approach and strong media relationships ensured Space Perspective was at the forefront of the space tourism conversation, leading to additional coverage in renowned publications such as Wallpaper*, CNBC, Designboom, Bloomberg Radio, and the Financial Times magazine How To Spend It.

Our success extended to the local level, with all local news stations including WESH (NBC), WFTV and WOFL (FOX), covering Space Perspective's second development flight and the return of their support vessel, MS Voyager, to the Space Coast.

Sir Richard Branson's announcement as co-pilot for Space Perspective's first crewed flight marked a significant milestone for the company. We worked alongside Virgin Galactic and Sir Richard’s communications teams to ensure a coordinated approach in accordance with stringent guidelines. Our joint efforts involved refining the language and messaging to effectively convey the story, while coordinating global media reach. This partnership garnered significant attention, securing executive appearances on CNBC Closing Bell.

We also curated exclusive experiences for journalists, offering a first look at MS Voyager to Robb Report, which culminated in a Space Perspective feature in their December print issue.
